I've worked across international projects and large-scale events where everything needs to align; logistics, people, timing, and expectations. My role is to bring clarity and control into that complexity and keep everything moving forward.

Having managed +100 events, with up to 12,000 participants, I'm comfortable working in fast-paced, high-pressure environments where execution needs to be reliable and consistent.

I work with a clear structure, but I also adapt quickly when things change because in events, they always do.
